Whenever we stroll into a physician's workplace or hospital, we place tremendous trust in the hands of physician. We expect their choices, recommendations, and therapies to reflect years of training, experience, and honest dedication. However, despite the devotion of many medical care employees, errors can and do happen-- and sometimes, these error
